The first step to learning about sex is to learn to understand the physical and pleasure anatomy of our sexual organs. We can also look more deeply into the energetic workings, including sexual reflexology and how our sexual energy interacts with our energy meridians.

Sex is part of our bodies and part of our lives. If we disconnect our sex from who we are, we also disconnect from parts of ourselves and more importantly from our life-force energy. It's important to look at our sexual energy holistically, as an integral part of who we are. It's also important to understand that our emotional state has a huge amount to do with our ability both to give and receive pleasure.
