Copyright policy (DMCA / EU Article 17)
Draft — not legal advice.
Fanmigo aims to qualify for applicable copyright safe harbours where available (including DMCA-style notice-and-takedown in the United States) and to handle EU copyright complaints in line with Directive (EU) 2019/790 (Article 17) as implemented in member states.
