This policy describes personal data processed in connection with fanmigo.com and related services. Legal basis (including GDPR Article 6) and full detail belong in counsel-reviewed text.

Creator accounts

Creators who sign up for a fanmigo account provide an email address and (for Pro) payment details via Stripe. You can request deletion of your creator account from the dashboard; some aggregated analytics derived from public traffic may remain in backups for a limited period consistent with our retention schedule.

Processors & services (illustrative)

Stripe — payments (where enabled).
Postmark / Resend — transactional email.
Cloudflare — CDN, security, and related edge services.
Email providers — when creators connect ESP webhooks, fanmigo may transmit subscription events according to creator configuration.

Retention (illustrative)

Removal-request evidence files: deleted after resolution per internal schedule (target: 90 days) unless law requires otherwise.
Operational analytics: as described in product documentation and configuration.

Your rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact legal@fanmigo.com for privacy requests.
