What to check before contacting support when verification does not complete.

If a claim is rejected, read the message on the claim status page—it usually points to a mismatch (wrong account, bio code removed too soon, or visibility issues on the source platform).

If verification seems stuck:

  • Confirm the bio code is still visible on the live public profile.
  • Make sure you are logged into the correct fanmigo account.
  • Retry after a short wait in case a scrape or queue delay is still catching up.
