How email signups work on your page

Fans enter their email on your public link page when mailing list capture is enabled for your profile.

Submissions are protected by rate limits at the edge: per-IP, per-email, and global safeguards reduce abuse. If a legitimate fan is blocked, try again later or contact support with approximate time and IP context.

Depending on configuration, fans may need to confirm their address (double opt-in) before they appear as active subscribers—check your dashboard messaging for the exact behavior enabled for your account.
