Cancel or downgrade

Use Billing → Customer portal to cancel or change your subscription. Stripe processes the cancellation according to the rules attached to your price (for example end-of-period vs immediate).

When Pro ends:

• Pro-only dashboard actions lock (custom domain delivery, Pro analytics, exports, webhooks, API tokens).
• Public pages fall back to behaviors documented for the free tier—custom domains stop serving once the feature is no longer entitled.

Export any data you are allowed to retain before downgrading if you need copies for compliance or continuity.
