How refunds are handled for fanmigo Pro subscriptions.

Refunds are issued only when required by law or when fanmigo operations approves an exception (billing mistake, outage credit, etc.).

Start by emailing support from the address on your creator account with:

  • Your profile slug
  • The Stripe invoice or charge date
  • A short explanation of the issue

Chargebacks create account risk—contact us first so we can fix billing problems without disputes.
